Train ride with the Easter Bunny

We had a free Saturday morning so I had to take advantage. The kids and I went for a train ride with the Easter Bunny. It was drizzling and pretty cold but that didn't stop us from having fun.
Here the kids are waiting for the train. The big question was which was it was going to come from.

He couldn't be any happier.

Getting ready to hand the tickets to the ticket guy. It was really cute as he punched the holes in the ticket just like they did in the movie Polar Express. Right over Gracie's head.

He had no idea what he was doing with the ticket.

Here comes the Easter Bunny. Are the kids going to freak out or love him?

Awww, they love him.

Looking out the window.

After we got to the end of our trip they go the opposite way on the track. About half way back to the station they had a pile of eggs for an egg hunt. Each kid got to pick 5 eggs. There was nothing good in them but it was the point.

The Easter Bunny got off the train, too, and we all got our picture with him.

The cool thing about this train vs the one we went on in the Fall was that this one had a concession stand and a gift shop. Luke found this really cool train and we also got him a shirt. Gracie got a pencil, LOL.

I tried getting a nice picture of the 2 of them by the caboose but it didn't happen.
